The Management:
Senthil Ekambaram, Director & Co-Founder
Senthil Ekambaram hails from the silk city Kanchipuram, an IHM, Chennai graduate who moved to Chennai to make his dream bigger. Though his family wanted him to become an engineer, he stood grounds and pursued his career in hotel industry. He started in food and beverage production as Indian chef with Ramada & moved to Marriott Chennai. After the stint of 7 good years in kitchen then he moved on to operations and worked with brands like Pizza Corner, Cafe Coffee Day, The French Loaf, Five Star Chicken as regional manager capacity. With rich experience of 17 years, Senthil Ekambaram is also food and beverage consultant who helps start-ups to set up their restaurants & cafes. Senthil is an ardent foodie, he is either cooking food or eating them.
Rohini Chandrasekaran, Director & Co Founder
Rohini Chandrasekaran was born and brought up in Chennai, though a keralite she considers herself a Chennaiite. She completed her graduation in information systems management from MOP Vaishnav College. After a short stint with brands like Vodafone and Kinley, she found herself a dream job in the aviation industry. She worked as a cabin crew with Air India and Emirates for few years before landing herself in the hospitality industry. Rohini worked as guest relations manager and went on to spearhead Sales & Marketing of a premium 4 star resort, Ocean Spray. Rohini also worked as head-corporate sales (Pan India) at Oriental Cuisines before starting Coco Jaunt 1728. An avid traveller whose biggest dream to travel to Antarctica (the only continent she is yet to explore).
